Building a Site Navigation

Keeping track and visualizing your website is easy with our Navigation feature! Here you can build your main navigation and footer, or create custom navigation, and build your site map. Let’s start by accessing Navigation from the sidebar!

Can I just use Pages as my Site Map? Absolutely! We created this Navigation area for the times when you have unique navigations (for example, you don’t want Privacy or Terms in the top menu, but you will need to collect the content in Pages.)

Get to know our Navigation

At first, you will have three prebuilt Navigations you can work with: Main NavigationFooter, and Mobile. These can be customized, renamed, or removed, depending on your needs.

You can move between Navigations in the sidebar, or switch to another Navigation with the 3-dots icon in the top right-handed side of the screen.

Start Building Your Navigation

Click the Add Items button on the top right.

This will open a sidebar with content you already created in Pages. You can drag the pages into navigation and start building your sitemap.

This sidebar also allows you to create new pages by clicking the New Page button. (Doing this will also add that page to the Pages.)

If you want to add external links or section jumps, you can create Custom Link. (This will NOT be added to Pages.)

To rearrange pages, drag the page from the 6-dot icon. You can stack Pages within Pages if needed!

Delete Elements in Navigation

Drag a wrong page onto your site Navigation? You can easily delete it. And don’t worry – deleting pages from navigation will not delete the actual page; it just removes it from your site Navigation.

From your Navigation, click the trash icon on the right side of the page name.
