Collecting and Organizing Media Assets

You can manage all media assets, like images, PDFs, documents, and videos, in Media in each Kit.

Adding Files to Media

Click on the Upload button in the top right-handed corner. (You can also drag and drop your file into the media area.) An upload modal will pop up, and you can drop your files into this modal.

Alternatively, you can click the Browse File button and find the files on your computer.

Renaming File

On the file you want to be renamed, click the 3-dots icon to the right of the media name.

In the dropdown menu, click on Rename.

Type in the new name, then click the Rename button to confirm.

Moving a File

On the file you want to move, click the 3-dots icon to the right of the media name.

In the dropdown menu, click on Move. Select the folder you want to move that file to and click Move Here.

Alternatively, you can drag the file (by grabbing the empty space around the name) and drop it into the desired folder.

Deleting File

On the file you want to be deleted, click the 3-dots icon to the right of the media name.

On the dropdown menu that appeared, click on Delete.

Click Delete to confirm.

Restoring a Deleted File

Deleted media will go into your Trash, but it can be restored. (Please note, your trash will be automatically deleted after 30 days.)

To recover your file from Trash, go to Media > Trash from the sidebar

On the file you want to be restored, click the 3-dots icon to the right of the media name.

On the dropdown menu that appeared, click on Restore.

Click Restore to confirm. This will move the image back into your main Media area.
