Manage Account Profile

Editing your account details

To manage the details of your account, like security settings, emails, and more, you can do that easily from your Account Settings:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click on your user icon in the top right corner. Click on Account.
  3. Edit your name, email address, or add a scheduling app share link.
  4. Click save to save the latest changes.


Changing your workspace name

Every user’s workspace is unique. If you decide to change your workspace name later, keep in mind, you may not be able to edit that again if someone else takes that name.

To edit your workspace name:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click on your user icon in the top right corner. Click on Account.
  3. Edit the workspace name. The system will check the name to make sure it’s available.
  4. Click save to save the latest changes.

Adding a profile image

To add or edit your profile image:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click on your user icon in the top right corner. Click on Account.
  3. Click on Upload New.
  4. Find the photo you want to use.
  5. Crop the photo accordingly and save.
  6. Click save to save the latest changes.

Adding a workspace image

To add or edit your workspace image:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click on your user icon in the top right corner. Click on Account.
  3. Click workspace tab.
  4. On workplace picture, click on Upload New.
  5. Find the photo you want to use.
  6. Crop the photo accordingly and save.
  7. Click save to save the latest changes.
