We take your security and access to your account very seriously. If you think your account may have been compromised or is under threat of being compromised, it’s best to act quickly. This can be a scary situation and we can help.
It’s possible that another GatherKit client with a similar username requested a password change and mistakenly typed it in your email. But don’t worry. They won’t be able to change your password or view your account because a password reset request email will only be sent to your email.
If you can’t log in to your account, double-check that you’re typing in the correct username/email and password.

If you believe your account has been compromised, send us an email as quickly as possible from a secure email address and let us know what’s going on. We’ll work with you directly on logging back into your account.
