What does Gather actually collect?
Text answers and links to files in your client’s existing storage. Gather keeps the responses together; it does not host the original files.
Does my client need an account?
No. With Gather Standard, you send a response link and your client answers without signing up. They can submit what is ready and return with the rest.
What can I do for free?
Build a checklist, enter responses yourself, and download your work. The free browser workspace keeps up to 50 records on this device. Download backups regularly; clearing browser data can remove local records.
Will Gather send reminders for me?
Gather can prepare a message listing the missing items. You review it and send it yourself. It does not automatically email your clients.
When do I start paying?
The 14-day Standard trial requires no card. Payment begins only after you choose a plan and complete checkout. Standard is $49 USD per month, with monthly renewal. You can cancel renewal in your account. Taxes may apply.
